About Me

After my apprentice ship in Germany I was able to work in England, Switzerland and France. Luckily I received a scholar ship to attend Johnson and Wales University in the USA. After receiving a bachelor degree in culinary arts I took advantage of the opportunity to work in the United States. I was privileged to work with Joel Robouchon at the Four Seasons Hotel New York. Currently I work as Chef de Cuisine for Four Seasons Hotel Doha, Qatar.
